Presume-se que o arrombamento tenha ocorrido na calada da noite, desconhecendo-se no entanto se foram subtra\u00eddos documentos ou objectos pessoais.<br \/>\nDe acordo com uma fonte daquele tribunal superior, esta manh\u00e3, quando se fez presente ao servi\u00e7o para mais uma jornada de trabalho, o magistrado judicial deu-se com sinais de arrombamento na porta do seu gabinete.<br \/>\nRecorde-se que o juiz Ant\u00f3nio est\u00e1 a ser alvo de um processo disciplinar que lhe foi movido pelo Conselho Superior da Magistratura Judicial (CSMJ), o segundo do g\u00e9nero, depois de denunciar uma s\u00e9rie de falcatruas no concurso para o provimento do lugar de presidente da CNE.<br \/>\nNa altura, o magistrado do TS havia denunciado que o concurso estava ferido de ilegalidade por ter beneficiado o juiz Manuel Pereira da Silva, \u00abManico\u00bb, o candidato, supostamente, apoiado pelo poder.
